Orders and payments
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout of the online shop.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions of delivery, the prices of the products and the delivery costs. Delivery costs are order-specific and depend on the number of calendars ordered, the time of the order and the country of delivery.
An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The order confirmation contains the products ordered and the price.

Paytrail Plc or Paytrail Plc Adventtikalenteri.fi is shown as the payment recipient on the bank statement or credit card invoice. Paytrail Plc transfers the payment to the vendor. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution.

Payment options
It is possible to pay for the order in the advent calendar online store with the most common credit cards, online banking and the MobilePay mobile payment application.
Delivery
Products are delivered within two working days of receiving the order. SP-FS has the right to deliver the products in more than one delivery.
The products are sent within two working days of receiving the order. A delivery confirmation of the order will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer when the order has been processed and is ready for delivery.
The products are delivered as a Posti Economy letter or package. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the post office.

SP-FS has the right to deliver the products in more than one delivery.
Regional restrictions on deliveries
It is possible to order the Advent calendar to all countries that are not subject to international sanctions or other restrictions on postal traffic.
Exceptions
If there is a delay in the delivery of the order and the calendar cannot be sent within the deadline, the online store administrator will immediately contact the customer by email.
Right of return
You have the right to return the advent calendar within 14 days. The right to return the calendar only concerns unused, saleable calendars still in their original packaging. Customers may not return products without first contacting the online shop. Please include the original order number, your name, your contact details and your bank account number for a possible refund in the return package. The customer shall bear the costs of the return.

Defective products and other problem situations
The customer must immediately notify adventtikalenteri@partio.fi of an incomplete delivery, a faulty product or if a product has been lost in transportation. The primary method of correction is to replace the faulty advent calendar with a faultless one.
Other information
SP-FS shall have the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally. By using the service, the user accepts the terms and conditions of the service in force at the time in question.
SP-FS shall not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage due to the faulty condition of the products or delayed delivery.
